Monday launches with a Peru-Mex Fiesta, blending Mexican, Peruvian, and Caribbean culinary traditions. Tuesday transports diners through Asia’s diverse street food landscape, featuring spice-rich offerings from India, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Indonesia.
