Luxury Lifestyle Brand NoMad to Debut in Singapore’s Iconic Orchard Road

UOL Group partners with Hilton to open the first NoMad Hotel in Asia-Pacific, elevating Singapore’s luxury hospitality scene in 2027.

Singapore’s renowned Orchard Road is set to welcome a new standard of luxury hospitality with the upcoming debut of the first NoMad Hotel in Asia-Pacific. Slated to open in early 2027, the 173-room luxury hotel will be developed by UOL Group in partnership with Hilton, marking the global brand’s first foray into Singapore’s high-end lifestyle hotel market.

Designed by award-winning architecture firm WOHA, the 19-story hotel will feature a distinctive biophilic design, showcasing a 15-story cascading waterfall and vertical greenery on its façade. The property will also connect seamlessly with surrounding developments, offering guests easy access to Singapore’s premier shopping, entertainment, and cultural hubs.

The guest experience at NoMad Singapore will begin on the fifth level, where a sophisticated lobby, sky terrace, and infinity pool overlooking Orchard Road will greet visitors. Guestrooms will be located above, complemented by a rooftop bar and restaurant for elevated dining and panoramic city views.

Hilton’s Asia Pacific president, Alan Watts, expressed excitement about bringing the brand’s unique luxury hospitality to Singapore, stating, “With demand for high-end, experience-driven stays surging across the region, the luxury gateway of Singapore offers the perfect backdrop to debut NoMad’s uniquely local luxury hospitality – and will be the first of many cities in Asia to welcome the brand.”

UOL’s chief operating officer, Neo Soon Hup, echoed this sentiment, sharing, “NoMad Singapore will bring together modern elegance and the city’s dynamic cultural energy, offering a distinct experience that reflects the brand’s character. We look forward to making NoMad a standout presence in the market, delivering exceptional stays that go beyond traditional luxury and resonate with discerning travellers.”

The hotel’s design will feature curated artworks by Singaporean artists with special needs, seamlessly blending local culture and craftsmanship with the brand’s signature style. Guests can expect a luxury lifestyle experience that celebrates the best of Singapore’s vibrant urban landscape.
