INDIA – Sayaji Kolhapur, a renowned hospitality brand, has announced the appointment of Gaurav Gaur as its new Director of Operations. Gaurav brings a wealth of experience and leadership to the role, having spent 23 years in the industry and worked with prestigious brands such as Marriott, Welcomgroup, Radisson, The Fern Hotels & Resorts, and others.

Gaurav holds an MBA in Hospitality from the Institute Vatel in Nimes, France, and has a strong track record in operational excellence and strategic growth. Prior to joining Sayaji Kolhapur, he served as General Manager at Regenta Central Mewargarh in Udaipur, where he played a pivotal role in elevating the property’s performance and guest satisfaction.
In his new role, Gaurav will lead the operational team at Sayaji Kolhapur, delivering high standards of service and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. His deep industry insight and commitment to excellence make him a valuable addition to the Sayaji Parivar.
