From January 27 to 29, acclaimed Pâtissier, Chef Joanna Artieda, will join the resort, followed by Whole Hog BBQ’er, Chef Jord Althuizen, from February 24 to 26.
Chef Joanna Artieda is a culinary virtuoso with a wealth of experience and accolades to her name. Her achievements include being recognized as the first woman Best Spanish Chef in 2016, a Madrid Fusion honour for two consecutive years, and featuring as one of the 10 desserts that set trends in the World in Pastry Revolution Magazine in 2019. Additionally, she has recently received the 2022 Navarra Award for Gastronomy and the 2022 Best Pastry Chef Award.
The talented chef has also published her first book, “Sweet 12,” a digital book dedicated to seasonal products, which has been well-received by the culinary community. Her collaboration with Coco Bodu Hithi ensures that guests will be treated to the captivating fresh flavors of the island, carefully crafted into delectable sweets and mouthwatering small bites, perfect for all ages.
Meanwhile, Chef Jord Althuizen, a renowned Whole Hog BBQ’er, will bring his expertise to Coco Bodu Hithi during the most romantic time of the year. With his Multiple awards for authoring four best-selling BBQ cookbooks, including the year award 2016 and 2017, guests can look forward to an exquisite dining experience at the resort. Chef Jord’s masterful grilling skills, combined with his perfectionism, will deliver an unforgettable experience, especially for couples.
