His illustrious past positions include Rosewood Bangkok and Grand Hyatt Singapore, where he impressively demonstrated exceptional leadership and a commitment to outstanding quality.
Chef Frank’s extensive experience in fine dining and sustainable practices perfectly aligns with Alila’s mission of creating unforgettable experiences rooted in local culture and fresh, seasonal ingredients.
