BBM, in partnership with Lifebuoy, commemorated Global Handwashing Day 2024 on November 17th with a series of engaging activities aimed at promoting proper hand hygiene among Maldivian school children. This event, an extension of the successful “H for Handwashing” campaign, seamlessly blended educational components with creative and enjoyable elements.
The initiative featured a variety of interactive sessions, exciting games, and creative contests designed to teach children the importance of handwashing and the correct techniques. Activities included innovative board games like “Germs & Ladders” and “Handwashing Ludo,” as well as hands-on sessions that reinforced hygiene practices in a fun and engaging manner.
This campaign highlights BBM’s dedication to fostering healthier habits among the younger generation, contributing to a more hygienic and robust Maldives. A.V.S.
